Financial Transparency dashboard (Admin) — A comprehensive new admin page at /admin/financials with per-class revenue by cohort run, membership MRR, scholarship program stats, revenue trends over time, student journey analytics, and year-to-date KPIs.
Scholarship Student Manager (Admin) — The admin scholarships page now includes search across all students, attendance tracking with session counts and last-attended dates, and detailed student cards with scholarship-specific status badges.
Unenroll students with audit trail (Admin) — Admins can now unenroll a student from a class through the CRM page, with the withdrawal recorded for record-keeping including the reason and which admin performed it.
Expelled student status (Admin) — Admins can mark students as expelled, which blocks future enrollment, excludes them from weekly emails, and surfaces the status in the CRM interface.
Drop-in program break weeks (Admin) — The drop-in programs editor now supports scheduling break weeks between cohorts and one-off breaks for holidays, with a redesigned tabbed interface and a "set current day" re-anchor control.
Tagline management (Admin) — Full create, edit, and delete controls for site taglines, now accessible directly from the admin dashboard instead of requiring a separate local tool.
Bazaar admin link (Admin) — The admin dashboard now includes a quick-action card linking to the Bazaar admin area for managing student projects.

Smarter post-class emails — After completing a class, your follow-up email now includes relevance-ranked recommendations for your next class (prioritizing similar topics) and a community highlights section showing upcoming drop-in standups you are eligible for.
Weekly schedule email updated — The Sunday weekly digest now highlights the Shipping Software Standup as a great place for newcomers to learn to code, replacing the previous Learn to Code reference.
Gentler Unmet Needs form — The form has been reworded to make clear that you do not need to justify your scholarship, that brief answers are welcome, and that the school team is not a therapy or care team.

Fixed

Inflated revenue numbers in financials (Admin) — A database query issue was causing class revenue figures to be wildly inflated (showing millions instead of thousands). Revenue numbers are now accurate.
Security hardening on data deletion routes — Fixed SQL injection vulnerabilities and prevented internal error details from being exposed in API responses.
