Friendly error pages — When you hit a 404, 403, 500, or 429 error, you now see a clean, branded error page instead of a raw technical message. API routes return proper JSON error responses.

Duplicate enrollment emails eliminated — Some users were receiving up to 20 duplicate emails per day due to duplicate account records created by a race condition. Duplicate accounts have been merged, and the system now prevents new duplicates from being created.
Resource editing on Unmet Needs dashboard (Admin) — The Edit button for attached resources was showing blank fields in the modal. All fields (name, URL, type, notes) now pre-fill correctly when editing a resource.
