Scholarship application queue (Admin) — Admins can now review, approve, and decline scholarship applications from a dedicated queue page with status filters, inline notes, and pending-count badges on the admin dashboard.

Dashboard navigation no longer blocked by dropdown overlay — Fixed an issue where the mobile dropdown overlay could get stuck on screen after resizing to desktop or navigating back via browser history, preventing clicks on navigation items.
