The Job Search Stand-Up is a dynamic program designed to guide professionals through the job search process, with two distinct tracks:

Teaching Job Search Standup
Liz Howard is the founder of several coding schools like Hackbright Academy, educational brands like Enki.com, and other companies like Hipcamp. They've impacted the careers of over 2 million developers worldwide. Their in-person programs have graduated 20,000 people, with an over 90% average placement rate (with a 10% standard deviation for you fellow outcomes nerds). They've always focused on getting folks jobs, and this proven search process is the process they'll show you.
Teaching Brandup Standup
Christopher, known as @thecoffeejesus, is a creator, artist, musician, and software developer. He focuses on empowering others, helping individuals grow, monetize creativity, and overcome fears.
Sessions run Monday to Thursday:
The program spans 12 weeks, with three break weeks interspersed, stretching over four months. The next cohort begins on January 6th, 2025, but participants can join at any time.
The program features two tracks to suit participants' needs:
The Brand-Up Stand-Up is for participants who already know their desired job role but need to develop or refine their personal brand. This track focuses entirely on building a strong personal presence to attract opportunities and stand out in competitive fields.
This track emphasizes building materials and developing a cohesive, professional identity, with light networking included.
The Job Search Stand-Up is designed for participants actively seeking job opportunities and focusing on researching, applying, and networking. This track ensures participants maintain momentum in their job hunt with daily goals and peer accountability.
This track emphasizes consistent application submission, networking, and building connections that lead to opportunities.
On Thursday, both tracks come together for a shared wrap-up session to present their progress, exchange insights, and test their skills against community standards. This collaborative element ensures participants receive feedback and gain inspiration from peers in both tracks.

Emotional support and accountability are core parts of the program, and are some of the key differentiators. It's not always knowledge that's holding you back, sometimes it's the grind. That's why we're really here- to keep your spark alive as capitalism grinds away at it.
Flexible participation: attendees can join for branding, job applications, or both tracks as needed. One-time pricing is a week of tuition.
Who is this program for?
This program is designed for professionals in tech, adjacent industries, or those transitioning careers who want to elevate their job search strategy.
What if I can't attend every session?
While regular attendance is encouraged for the best results, we understand that schedules can be unpredictable. You can still benefit from the program by attending as many sessions as possible and catching up on missed content through our resources.
Will sessions be recorded?
No, the goal is to create an accountability group, so these sessions will not be recorded. It also encourages people to share and ask questions more freely if they are not being recorded.
What if I'm in a different time zone?
Sessions are at 9am Pacific, 10am Mountain, 11am Central, and 12pm Eastern. Unfortunately we do not yet have time-traveling capabilities, only multiverse-traveling capabilities.

You probably don't want a job as much as the people who are willing to do this.
