What Will You Learn

This course offers a practical approach to managing projects with a focus on the agile methodology. Participants will engage in Sprint Planning and Backlog Grooming meetings, daily scrums, and a sprint review meeting, designed to get you real progress on your real projects.

  • Understand and apply the principles of sprint planning and backlog grooming
  • Effectively participate in daily scrum meetings to keep projects on track
